By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Sale & Discount
1.1 Registration
Upon selecting a training course and completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
1.2 Course Availability
Course availability is subject to change. EduBox Academy reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule courses as needed.
1.3 Pricing
Prices for training courses are clearly stated on our website. EduBox Academy reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Payment for courses must be made in full before access is granted.
1.4 Discount
Discounts are subject to availability and may be offered for a limited time. EduBox Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any sale or discount without prior notice. Discount prices are applicable as advertised and cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated.
2. Transfer, Refund Policy, and Cancellation of Training Courses
2.1 Transfer
If you wish to transfer your enrolment from one course to another, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the original course start date. Course transfers are subject to availability and may incur a transfer fee.
2.2 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 of the course purchase date. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
a. Cancellations made within 28 days of the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administration fee.
b. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are eligible for a partial refund, minus an administration fee.
c. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after the specified timeframe or once the course has started.
2.3 Course Cancellation
EduBox Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum required participants are not met. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a transfer to another course or a full refund.
3. Confidentiality
3.1 Data Privacy
EduBox Academy values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Any data collected during your interaction with our website and services will be used solely for the purpose of enhancing your learning experience and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
3.2 Confidentiality
Throughout your engagement with EduBox Academy’s training services, you may gain access to confidential and proprietary information. You agree to treat all such information with the utmost confidentiality and not disclose, reproduce, or distribute it without explicit written consent from EduBox Academy.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Participation
You are expected to actively engage in the training course, complete assignments, and contribute positively to the learning environment.
4.2 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during training sessions and interactions with instructors and fellow participants. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
4.3 Materials and Intellectual Property
All training materials, curriculum, and course content provided by EduBox Academy are protected by copyright laws and for the sole use of registered participants only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of Malaysia.
By accessing and using EduBox Academy’s website, products, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed to use our services.
6. Modification of Terms
EduBox Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during training sessions and while interacting with instructors and other participants.
EduBox Academy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during or as a result of participating in our training programs.
