The training, held at Aman Putri in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, brought together six participants from Masa Teguh Services to explore the intricacies of Microsoft Project with a focus on the Critical Path Method.

Training Objectives:

The Microsoft Project: Critical Path Method (CPM) for Project Management training, conducted on October 7-8, 2023, aimed to equip the participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their project management capabilities. The primary objectives were to:

  3. Explore resource allocation, project cost management, and project calendars.

  8. Teach the creation of S-curves for project management analysis.
  9. Equip participants to work with multiple projects effectively.

Day 1: Essential Modules
