1. Training

Yes, we offer weekend training options to accommodate various schedules.

Yes, we provide personalized 1-to-1 training tailored to your needs. However, it is subject to trainer availability. 1 to 1 lesson are charged higher fees compared to public open classes.

 

On-site training or commonly known as In-house Training is customized for your organization and conducted at your location. Public Training is open for individuals from various organizations and is held at designated venues. Both offer the same high-quality content.

 

On most of our public training, we do not provide food and drink. This allows us to reduce the cost of the training while being able to offer a more affordable fees to participants. However, there are many nearby restaurant options that we can recommend.

For public training, the course duration varies, between 2-5 days, depending on the specific training program. Please refer to the course details for accurate information.

For on-site training, the duration of the course depends on the client’s request and agreed to.

Accommodation is not included in our training packages. However, we can recommend nearby options.

2. Registration

Qualifications may vary based on the course. Some courses have prerequisites, while others are open to all skill levels. Check the course description for details.

In-House training can accommodate a minimum of 5 participants. Contact us for more information.

There is no minimum requirement for Public Training. You can register as an individual or as part of a group.

3. Discount & Promo Code

During the registration process, enter your promo code in the designated field to apply the discount.

Yes, we offer discounts for group registrations. Contact us for group pricing details.

Yes, we offer special discounts for students. Please provide valid student identification during registration.

4. Payments

Payment can be made securely online through our website. We accept various payment methods including Online Banking, CDM Cash Transfer, Cheque, Cash and Government LO.

For payment by cheque, there is processing fees apply – to avoid processing fees, you are required to bank in the check to our bank and submit banking slip to us. To pay by Cash, please drop by to our office.

Yes of course! To secure your spot, 50% payment is compulsory. Please complete your payment prior to the training start time.

Payment deadlines vary by course. Refer to the course details for payment deadlines.

Government entities can follow our specified payment procedures. Contact us for further assistance.

5. Venue

Public Training venues are located in convenient and accessible areas. Check the course details for venue information.

On-site training is conducted at your organization’s premises for your team’s convenience.

Yes, we can arrange for in-house training to be conducted at our classroom. Subject to classroom availability.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own device for a more personalized learning experience. However, to ensure the smooth running of the course, please make sure the software is installed on your laptop before attending the course.

6. Certificate & Examination

Yes, upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certification by hard copy (classroom training) and soft copy (virtual training)

Type of Certifications:

  • Certificate of Completion by Autodesk (for Autodesk courses)
  • Certificate of Completion by HRDCorp Registered Training Provider (for other courses)

Some courses include exams, while others have practical assessments. Check the course details for specifics.

7. HRDCorp

HRDCorp (Human Resources Development Corporation or Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) is a government agency offering financial support for training and employee development. The fund is aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in the workforce.

HRDCorp Claimable means your training expenses could be covered partially or fully. We guide you through the claim process to maximize your benefits.

Yes, all our training classes are HRDCorp claimable. Contact us to confirm claim eligibility for specific courses.

8. Refund & Rescheduling

Contact us as soon as possible. If delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed at no extra charge or ask to attend the next training date, rescheduling options may be available.

Please inform us about the substitution for at least 3 days before the training date.

While we strive to maintain the training schedule, unforeseen circumstances may lead to rescheduling. We will notify you promptly and provide alternative options if needed.
